They are spacious and suitable for a small family, tourists, budget travelers or people looking for accomodation on a short term basis.  The place is near Sherbourne and Gerard. Please note the following Refund Policy/Cancellation Policy1. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of CAD $100 will be charged and the balance refunded to the Credit Card. 2. If cancelled less than 15 days before date of arrival or in case of no-show, there is no Refund of the Security Deposit applicable. 3. There is no Refund applicable due to an early checkout for any reason. 4. Please note that a refundable deposit of $250.00 will be charged once the booking is made.
